St. Patrick's Day Parade

AOH Milwaukee brothers marching in the St. Patrick's Day Parade holding the Rev. William J. Kelly, S.J. Division banner with American and Irish flags

Every St. Patrick's Day, the brothers of AOH Milwaukee lace up their shoes, put on their Irish sashes, and take to the streets alongside the Milwaukee Irish community. The parade is one of the most visible moments of the year for our division — a chance to celebrate our heritage publicly and introduce AOH to anyone who asks, "Who are those men with the sashes?"

We march as a unified group behind the banner of the Rev. William J. Kelly, S.J. Division. It's a moment of pride for brothers and a tradition that connects us to generations of Hibernians who marched before us.

What to Expect

  • Brothers march in the official Irish sash of the Ancient Order of Hibernians
  • Division banner proudly displayed along the parade route
  • A tradition shared with the broader Milwaukee Irish community
  • Open to all brothers and their families
